RETURNS

Full-priced items are exchangeable for store credit only. Items must be returned unworn and unwashed within 5 days of delivery with tags attached. Please contact us at hello@pfau.co for instructions on how to process your exchange. Store credits are valid for up to one year from the date they were issued. Sale items are final sale. 

We want you to love your purchase. In an effort to provide you with a special shopping experience and ensure that you are happy we are here to answer any and all questions regarding measurements, material, color, etc. prior to your order. Please email hello@pfau.co for further assistance. 

SHIPPING

Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on weight and destination. All orders will ship out within 3 business days excluding holidays. If you require expedited shipping please contact hello@pfau.co for further assistance. 

International orders ship via DHL Express. Please note that international duties and taxes are not included and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. 

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of our designated mail carrier.

A NOTE ABOUT OUR TEXTILES

Due to the handwoven/hand dyed/hand stitched nature of our textiles, variations and irregularities are to be expected and hopefully appreciated. In most cases dry cleaning or hand washing is recommended.
